St. Michael's Chapel Association Statement of Purpose

to unite the members of St. Michael's Chapel, a Byzantine-Russian
Catholic Church, for the furtherance and preservation of their unique
Eastern Christian and Byzantine Russian Catholic traditions and forms;

to exercise the apostolic work of St. Michael's Chapel, a
Byzantine-Russian Catholic Church;

to assist in maintaining, and to assure a place of worship for
Byzantine-Russian Catholics;

for the dissemination of information in all forms about the unique
traditions and spirituality of the Byzantine-Russian Catholic Churches;

for the social and fraternal unity of the Parishioners / Members of St.
Michael's Chapel;

to own goods and possessions or any real or personal property which this
corporation has acquired or may acquire in the future for the purposes
stated herein;

to solicit and raise funds to apply to the fulfillment of the purposes
stated herein and generally to provide for the spiritual and religious needs
of the community of believers and the parish of St. Michael's
Byzantine-Russian Catholic Chapel currently located at 266 Mulberry Street,
New York, New York.
